Start your Friday feeling strong, energised, and refreshed with this 9:30am Friday Morning Mat Pilates class. This 45-minute full-body session focuses on core strength, posture, flexibility, balance and mindful movement to help you feel stronger, more balanced and ready for the day ahead.

Suitable for all fitness levels, the class combines controlled strengthening exercises with mobility and stretching work to leave you feeling centred and refreshed. Modifications and progressions will be offered throughout, making the class welcoming for both beginners and those with previous Pilates experience.

Please bring water with you to class. Mats will be provided, however you are welcome to bring your own mat if preferred.
